At Castle Farm Shop, we strive for excellence in every harvest and product we provide; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns policy within 14 days of receipt. Please note that perishable farm goods and custom hampers are exempt from standard returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and including a copy of your delivery note.
- 3.Ship to the Farm
Send your return package to our designated farm shop address using a tracked courier service to ensure safe arrival.
- 4.Quality Check & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
